Heaven + Earth

I’ve had a few people over the last few months ask me about songs we do on Sunday mornings and where they can get hold of the music, chord charts, etc. So I thought I’d start blogging our Sunday set list every Monday morning for those of you interested in tracking down some of these songs for your own personal worship times throughout the week. With each song I’ll list the primary song writers and give you an iTunes link to a version that I like or that is close to the one we do on Sunday mornings so you can check it out. Here’s what we did yesterday:

The last song, “Lord, I Need You” is a powerful new song we’ve sung the last 2 weeks and I’m thrilled to see how quickly it’s becoming a favourite with the congregation. The first time I heard it I knew it would touch a chord with our people and by the volume of the voices singing out to God yesterday morning I can tell it hit home. Great worshiping with you all yesterday and see you next week.
